Esquimalt finally has a fine Pastries in the Heart of Esquimalt.

In-house Bakery.  Party Boxes.   Catering.    Seasonal Specials.   Oven Fresh.

The shop

ERC’s vision is to provide the highest quality pastries to the good people of Esquimalt and Victoria. This is our home and we care.

We’ve created a variety of offerings suitable for a snack with your espresso, or providing for your team meeting at 8am.  Place an order and we’ll take care of the rest.

The Daily Bake

We bake fresh everyday to ensure our community gets the best. Fresh pastry, fresh coffee.
